I made it using my frozen p...Simple and delicious. I made it using my frozen peaches (and my glorious new mixer!). Last summer I froze the peaches in halves and quarters, and our peach tree produced rather small peaches. So, I had to adjust a little - I just covered the toffee mixture with as many peach halves and quarters as I could and then added the cherries to the mix. I seemed to work out really well.
